Davis Mambure

Coordinator – Churches and Church Mother Bodies

Davis Mambure is a Transformational Development Practitioner and Christian Leader with a passion for developing individuals holistically and helping communities to discover and reach their full God given potential. He is the Senior Pastor of True Word Church International, which is a growing church in multiple locations of Zimbabwe and Zambia. He is also the Visionary and Leader of the following initiatives; Rural Missions Zimbabwe, Solid Foundation for Africa Institute, Chenga Ose Association for Women and Children with Physically and Mentally Challenged Children (COA)- (which was co-founded with wife, Lucia Mambure).

Mambure is currently the International Orality Network Africa (IONA) Gateway Leader for Storying. He has served other private and faith based organizations in various capacities and portfolios including; Bata Zimbabwe (Pvt) LTD, Morris Cerullo World Evangelism, Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) and is now Secretary General for Zimbabwe Council of Pentecostal Churches (ZCPC) and a Leader in Training for Life Ministry Zimbabwe (a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International ). Mambure holds several leadership qualifications including Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Theology and Ministry, Christian Leadership and Management, Transformational Development and is a PhD candidate with a USA Christian University.

Professor Daniel Chigudu

Coordinator – Academia

Professor Chigudu is a phenomenal man who has made a huge impact in his life and the lives of others through his work. A boffin as others would call him; he holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Peace and Conflict Management, a Masters of Business Administration, a Degree in Educational action, planning and Policy strategies and two certificates one in education and the other in Personal Development. Professor Chigudu is currently a Research Director for Aldersgate College (Africa) Satellite Centres; External Examiner for Doctoral candidates – University of Zululand and Professor in democratic governance and management; Academic Researcher for UNISA and Director of Mutsai- Vusani. He is quite a principled man whose attributes include his ability to work under deadlines and set priorities, ability to read, analyse and interpret general business technical procedures and instructions all in which build his character and help drive his work and others into achieving their set goals and targets. Professor Chigudu is very passionate and driven in the areas of democratic development, peace building, dialogue and nation building.

Israel Mabhoo

Coordinator – Civic Society, Residence Associations and Labour Unions

Israel Mabhoo has vast leadership and management experience of over 15 years creating and working with social movements in Zimbabwe and the SADC region, from developing them at grassroots level right through to their institutionalization. These include; ZIMCODD, Harare Metropolitan Residence Forum, Harare Water Task Force, Harare Residence Alliance and Combined Harare Residence Association. He also founded a business membership organization for economic empowerment called ABA (Alternative Business Alliance). This organisation focuses on economic empowerment for marginalized active entrepreneurs. He is presently employed as its Opportunities Manager. Israel has been a volunteer with ZiNRA since October 2014. Israel is a Holder of Diplomas in:- Small Business Management; Social Justice on Economic Governance + Progressive Taxation; Leadership; Social Studies; Election Monitoring and Reporting and Business and Organizational Strategy

John Simon Kamhara

Coordinator – Community and Traditional Leaders

John Kamhara is currently serving as a Pastor and leader of a local congregation in Harare for over a decade, coupled with being a district leader for his Church denomination. He has a passion for guiding and developing people and the positive transformation of the Zimbabwean Human landscape
He has been a trainer in Aviation for over three decades; conducting training both to local and international students within and outside Zimbabwe and is Head of training in the Engineering Department at his current work place.
He has sat on the Zimbabwe Manpower Advisory Council Transport sector sub-committee; sits on the Board of Governors of Pan African Christian College; and Zimbabwe Higher Education Examinations Council Board
John Holds a BA degree in Bible and Theology from the Pan African Christian University; Higher Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of People Management in Zimbabwe; Training Management Diploma and other certificates in training as well as qualifications in Aircraft Maintenance.
He is a member with the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe and is married with three adult children

Tarisai Grace Mariwo

Coordinator – Women

Tarisai Grace is a married Christian mother of five and grandmother of one. She is a seasoned marketer who has carried out and analysed various research projects. A professional herbal health consultant who has studied the management and cure of various illnesses as well as counselling of the ill and bereaved. She has worked for nearly two decades as an entrepreneur in both the manufacturing and sales fields of IT. Tarisai has worked with youths as well as children on various levels and platforms. She is a mentor and a role model to many. She also holds various leadership positions in the community as well as within the Church. A people person who among various other awards, attained the Woman of Impact certification in 2014 (South Africa). She enjoys watching movies, playing games and writing poetry. Tarisai has been a volunteer with ZiNRA since February 2013 and has assisted in its founding.
