Olive Ruvimbo Ruzvidzo
Olive is qualified in marketing and hospitality and has over 20 years experience in customer care hospitality training and business strategy. She has worked in Zimbabwe and South Africa within Real Estate, Human Capital, Insurance and Finance, FMCG and Hospitality contributing through core marketing strategies and has held management and executive positions for over 15 years.
Olive is a Marketing Practitioner accredited by the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) and Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) South Africa. She is also a hospitality trainer with The Institute, a hotel management training school in Zimbabwe.
Driven by her passion for her country of birth, Olive has been involved in human rights activities through Zimbabwe Human Rights Organisation (ZHRO) and is currently the vice chairman of the Restoration of Human Rights (ROHR) Midlands branch in the UK.
She believes that if one wants to see change, one needs to be the change they want to see.
She is currently training to be a local preacher within the Methodist church in England and through this hope to inspire reconciliation and restorative healing within the Zimbabwean communities, led by Christian principles.
She has recently joined ZiNRA to align her aspirations with the organisation’s vision and rebuild Zimbabwe
Gwinyai Shelton Mhlanga
Gwinyai is a Christian man who grew up in a Christian family of five. A qualified teacher and Counsellor who studied Psychology and Counselling with UNISWA in 2005 to 2007 in Swaziland. Taught in many regions of Zimbabwe before relocating to Swaziland.
Got involved with the Zimbabwe Human Rights Organisation on a volunteer basis for about a year before he started working with United Methodist Church and Doctors Without Borders, a non-profit organisation as a volunteer in Epworth transforming broken street boys and girls into school children. This experience opened his eyes and heart as to how much a responsibility an individual has in order to make positive change in the lives of others.
Gwinyai has worked for about 8 years in communities with orphans and AIDS patients in the worst parts of Zimbabwe and coordinated births of many projects for these patients. He has worked with children, youths and parents who have suffered emotionally, financially, physically or spiritually. His passion for standing up to fight for basic Human Rights made him join ROHR (Restoration of Human Rights) in Zimbabwe and UK and also ZHRO (Zimbabwe Human Rights Organisation).
He has now joined ZINRA as a volunteer and is hoping to tirelessly work with the team back home to reconcile ethnic and racial entities for the betterment of every citizen. Through the Word of God transform Zimbabwe into a global competitor despite the political barriers.
